If all connectivity is wireless then there’s not even any need to touch connectors or cables.

The numbers of staff and visitors in a room or even an area can easily be monitored in real time and occupancy along with room booking can be managed remotely whilst being visible by all registered users via their own Smart-Phone or Tablet.
Occupancy of any particular room is not only shown via the App, but is also displayed on a screen at the entrance to each area – if a preset limit reached then a warning can be shown that the room is FULL.
