The brief.

We can’t do a great job if we don’t fully appreciate what you are trying to achieve with your event space or event and so we are happy to take the time to truly understand exactly what you need and how we can help.

If you don’t already have a brief we can work with you to pull a project brief together, so that everyone on both sides of the table had a complete overview of what we are all working towards and aiming to achieve.

This part of the process cannot be underestimated and we pride ourselves on working on detailed briefs that ensure the job gets done.

The creative process.

Our highly skilled and creative team of designers will carefully craft a design plan just for you and we take a consultative approach; keeping you involved throughout the process.

If the project requires it we have an in-house team who can produce 3D renderings and scale diagrams of our proposed set and stage design, relative to its suggested position within the chosen venue, giving you confidence that we understand your exact requirements and will be able to deliver on our promises.

Creativity is at the heart of our business and we will go above and beyond to create long lasting impressions for you and your delegates.

Project management.

At this stage we will go through our designs with you and make any changes you require. We do some more tech checks to ensure it is all compliant with the plans and your AV requirements. The Project Manager (PM) will then initiate your project and will manage it to the end. Your PM will keep you updated throughout the project.

If the project requires it we have an in-house team who can produce 3D renderings and scale diagrams of our proposed set and stage design, relative to its suggested position within the chosen venue, giving you confidence that we understand your exact requirements and will be able to deliver on our promises.

All of our installations are project managed with obsessive attention to detail, so that our projects can be completed on time, first time, and within budget. Project managers are vital to the success of any installation project which is why TFG have some of the industry’s best project managers collaborating with our clients from start to finish.

Installation.

Our highly technical engineers will install every aspect of your AV system, down to the fixtures and fittings.

We then conduct rigorous checks to verify that the system operates as it is intended to do, as per Infocomm performance veri­cation standards.

Once your installation is complete we will commission the system and give you training and an official handover of your new AV system. We will do our utmost to leave you with an AV system that meets all of your requirements and will continue to meet them for years to come. If you have chosen one of our managed services support packages, we will manage any immediate support required to minimise any disruption to your service.

Maintenance and Support.

We offer a full service to maintain your new AV system and give you peace of mind. It includes preventative maintenance, emergency call out service, workshop labour, advanced loan scheme, materials/components and unlimited telephone and admin support. This level of support is what sets us apart from other companies, and we can tailor these packages to suit client requirements precisely.

Quality Assurance and Health and Safety.

Ensuring the quality of what we deliver is of paramount importance to us.  We have achieved ISO9001 for Quality Management System, ISO 140001 for environmental management and OHSAS18001 for Health and Safety Management.

For each project, we undertake a risk assessment. If necessary the PM will issue a method statement and permit to work documents. In addition to our main Health and Safety policy, we also adhere to an Environmental Policy and a Business Ethics policy.
