TFG were awarded the opportunity to work alongside Leap Productions to provide the corporate client, who is a major player in the international hospitality industry, with an outstanding level of AV support for their awards event in London. Leap Productions are a boutique production company based in London specialising in high end brand films, commercials and bespoke event content.
Client Brief
The client is a major player in international hospitality, with global sites and a world class standard. The annual awards ceremony recognises individuals and venues in the hospitality industry for their outstanding service and operation. The theme for this years’ awards ceremony was ‘A night with the Stars’, bringing together the stars of the West End Theatre with the Stars in Hospitality.
Our Solution
Leap Productions created amazing content that was to be projected onto a 20’ by 11’ Fast Fold Screen with rear projection from a Panasonic PT-DZ21k 20k Projector and Lens. The content included set design to imitate a theatre stage and many specific designs tailored to the production performances.
TFG used an Analog way Pulse 350 8 way Digital Scaler Switcher for playback onto 22” LED FHD Toshiba screen.
Leap Productions designed and produced the event, bringing a myriad of actors from West End Theatre shows together for a one off special evening.
Leap Productions also designed and produced the content for the event. TFG managed the formatting and projection of the content in conjunction with the production requirements, including speakers, performers and award delivery.
