Christopher Daniels, Associate Institutional Markets
Chris Daniels has over 4 years of experience in the financial services marketplace, primarily focused on life insurance sales in the advanced markets. Chris's role within The Financial Group is working with government and not-for-profit organizations in funding GASB 43/45 liabilities. He is a conduit between the efforts of TFG and Insurance Carriers, Investment Bankers, Bond Counsel, and other advisors on case design and coordination of the iPebPP Structured Finance StrategyTM.
Previous to joining TFG in October 2007, Chris was an external wholesaler with Phoenix Life Company covering Southern Ohio. He was responsible for positioning Phoenix Life's product portfolio with advisors in that area, and he specialized in point-of-sale client interaction. Chris began his career at American General Financial Services and later worked for NatCity Investments, a subsidiary of National City Corporation.
Chris earned his CFP® in 2007 by completing the established education, examination, experience, and ethical requirements set forth by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. He also earned his CLU and ChFC designations from The American College and holds an NASD series 6, 63, and 65
Chris attended St. Ignatius High School in Cleveland, OH and graduated from Ohio University in 2003. He enjoys spending time with friends and family and is an avid Cleveland sports fan.
